How it works:
Starting with a pre-listing consultation, we will determine a staging plan to ensure that your home shows at its very best. In the event your property requires supplemental furniture and/or accessories, we will provide a custom quote for needed staging services, inventory rental and styling. Additionally, we offer a supplemental Paint Color Consultation if you need to update paint prior to listing your property. Once you have made the suggested cosmetic changes identified by the pre-listing consultation, we will implement the staging plan. *We will also photograph the staged spaces and provide them to you and your realtor. Additional spaces and exteriors can be photographed for an additional fee.
Pricing:
Preliminary Pre-Listing Consultation fee: $350-$550
30-minute Paint Color Consultation fee: $250
Minimum occupied stage: $1,000 plus delivery fee

We will provide you with 30-50 high-quality images of the staged spaces only.
